Shipping

We offer a standard shipping rate of $9.00 and FREE shipping in Canada on orders of 2 products or more.
All shipments are made and tracked through Canada Post.

Products are packed in 100% compostable padded mailers, and deliveries are offset to carbon neutral using Shopify Planet.

Product measurements

Leads are measured from tip to tail. For collars, we include two measurements to indicate the range of adjustment. Collars are measured from the tip of the female buckle end, to the base of the male buckle end, and give a close approximation of the inner circumference of the collar.

Because all of our products are made by hand to order, there may be small variance in sizes up to a half inch in either direction.

If your pets measurments fall in-between our sizes, or you'd like to request a custom size, please email us.

All of our products are made by hand to order. While we do not offer refunds for change of heart, if you have an issue with your product, please reach out to us! We'll do our best to fix the problem and ensure your product meets our high standard for quality.
